We come here on a regular basis and thought it was time to leave a review. Always consistent and on this occasion a lady called Lucy served us and could not be more attentive to our needs. Service with a smile, and read back our order to ensure it was spot on. Thank you for a great experience!
Food slightly overcooked other then that the staff were friendly, the tables and cutlery were clean and the food was delicious.

Had an amazing experience at Nando’s Derby Derbion, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Hannah for her outstanding customer service! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to check in on us, ensuring our food was just right and that we were happy with our meal. It’s rare to come across someone as kind and attentive as Hannah—she truly made our visit special. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers didn’t go unnoticed, and I can honestly say she made our dining experience even better. The food was fantastic as always, but it was Hannah’s service that really stood out. Nando’s is lucky to have her on the team! Will definitely be returning soon.
We visited Nando’s in derby shopping centre and the manager named Chelsea served us from beginning to end and she was absolutely lovely, considering how busy it was. She attended to our every need and any problems we had she was very quick to help us. We will definitely be coming back again to visit because of her. We left very happy and satisfied. As customers, we are very big on customer service and this was the place!
A typical Nando's restaurant. The food was delicious, service excellent and the wait on a Friday evening was acceptable (15 minutes). Ordered via the app and the food and drink came within a reasonable time. Staff were friendly and helpful and not rushing despite the restaurant being busy. Definitely a good place to eat and I will come back. Thanks
Hi we came to visit on Saturday (22/02/2025) and the customer service we received was second to none, the assistant manager I believe her role is, Georgia. Went above and beyond for us and this isn’t the first time she has done so. The food, atmosphere and hospitality was 5 star as always but we just thought we should give credit where credit is due. Georgia is amazing and you truly have a gem on your team. Thank you for a great experience once again.
We are very big fans of Nando’s, we have visited many Nando’s however, the derbion Nando’s is in our opinion number 1! The customer service, the warm welcome and always going above and beyond to make our experience the best every time we come. Chris the manager is the best manager I have seen and I feel it’s thanks to him derbion Nando’s does as well as it does! Thank you always Chris! You never disappoint.
